Your Coach

Sarah uses more than 25 years of human resources experience to harness what is most important to her: helping individuals, teams, and students not just live - but thrive. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and uses a research-backed approach to understanding what makes each of us the best version of ourselves.

As a mother of two boys - ages 14 and 18, Sarah is keenly aware of the pressures placed on students, parents, and working professionals.

In her free time she's listening to podcasts, swimming laps, at CrossFit or out in the community. Check out her "Giving Back" page. She is based in Charlotte, NC, and offers in-person as well as remote sessions.

Our
Story

Sarah believes that every individual possesses untapped potential. She has spent over 25 years in corporate HR, guiding professionals and teams to navigate their roles effectively, strengthen work relationships, and drive engagement and retention.

Her own transformation began when she worked with an executive coach and discovered the power of her own strengths. The clarity made her realize something crucial—this knowledge needed to reach all professionals, teams and young adults.

She saw firsthand how understanding strengths could transform careers, relationships, and confidence that can change lives.   Sarah took a bold step—leaving the corporate world to launch Live In Your Strengths.

Her passion extends beyond professionals; she works closely with young adults, equipping them with the tools to understand themselves, enhance their learning, build confidence, and forge meaningful social connections. She believes that when young adults lean into their strengths, they gain clarity and direction in life’s biggest transitions.

Sarah is deeply involved in her community, volunteering and serving in organizations that align with her mission of empowerment and growth. She is driven by a deep sense of empathy and purpose, ensuring that her work creates lasting, positive change.

In 2025, Sarah expanded her impact by partnering with Molly Geil and Anna Oaks, aligning their expertise to bring leadership coaching and strength-based coaching to even more individuals and organizations. Together, they are shaping a future where people don’t just work and live—they thrive.
