ABOUT SARAH
I don't start with your resumé.
I start with you.
I'm a mom, active in my community, and someone deeply grounded in my values. I've spent 25+ years as a leader in HR and recruiting — but what I've really built a career on is understanding people. Not just what they do, but who they are when the pressure is on, when they're stuck, when they're trying to figure out what's next.
I've worked with executives from Fortune 500 companies, television, streaming, and publishing — creatives, leaders, and professionals whose careers don't follow a straight line. I know how hard it is to stand out without losing yourself in the process.
That's where I'm different.
The idea for this business didn't come from a big "aha" moment. It came from years of watching really capable people quietly struggle.
I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, motivated people — college grads who had done everything right, young professionals who were already burning out — who felt stuck, anxious, or unsure how to move forward.
And no one was helping them slow down and understand themselves first.
That realization is why I left corporate. Not because I didn't love the work, but because I felt called to do it earlier and differently.
I left my full-time role without another job lined up, without savings, and carrying debt. It was terrifying. But I was driven by a deep conviction that we are failing our next generation — and someone needed to step in.
“Because the goal isn’t to fit the mold.
It’s to finally understand your own.”
What I Do
I help you get clear on your strengths, your story, and what actually makes you, you— then reverse engineer everything around it. Your career moves. Your resumé. Your LinkedIn. The way you show up in rooms.
Not to make you sound like everyone else. But to make you recognizable as yourself. That's exactly why I built Be Future Ready — because this work shouldn't only be available to people who can afford one-on-one coaching.
I also happen to be a parent of a 19-year-old and a 15-year-old. I've lived the worry, the questions, and the constant balance between supporting them and letting them figure things out. That experience deeply informs how I work with families and young adults.
What I'm Proud Of
It's not titles or milestones. It's the quiet shifts.
The student who finally believes in themselves. The parent who feels relief because they now understand how to support their child without pushing. The professional who realizes they don't need to start over — they just need to realign.
Those moments are why this work matters to me.
What I Want You To Know
Self-awareness isn't a luxury. It's a skill — and it should be the foundation everything else is built on.
Because the goal isn't to fit the mold. It's to finally understand your own.
If you're ready to stop guessing and start moving forward with clarity, I'd love to work with you.
