This course is designed for young adults who want to gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their life and career. Whether you're a student, recent graduate, or early in your career, you'll benefit from discovering your unique strengths and learning how to use them to make decisions, build connections, and create a future that fits you.

The course is divided into 9 modules, each focused on a key area of personal and professional growth. Each module includes engaging videos, hands-on activities, and reflection exercises. You can complete the modules at your own pace, but most students spend about 1–2 hours per week to get the most out of the experience.
This is a digital course — you'll receive a username and password to sign in. If you're part of a scheduled cohort, you'll start on the specified date and go through the course with other like-minded peers, with live Zoom sessions on weeks 4 and 8. If you're not in a specified cohort, you can move through the 9 modules entirely at your own pace.
