This course is designed for recent graduates and young professionals (ages 21–28) who want more clarity, confidence, and direction in their career. Whether you just finished college, landed a job that already feels wrong, or are still figuring out your next move — you'll benefit from discovering your unique strengths and learning how to use them to make better decisions, build the right connections, and create a career that actually fits who you are.

The course is divided into 9 modules, each focused on a key area of personal and professional growth. Each module includes engaging videos, hands-on activities, and reflection exercises. You can complete the modules at your own pace, but most students spend about 1–2 hours per week to get the most out of the experience.
This is a digital course — you'll receive a username and password to sign in. If you're part of a scheduled cohort, you'll start on the specified date and go through the course with other like-minded peers, with live Zoom sessions on weeks 4 and 8. If you're not in a specified cohort, you can move through the 9 modules entirely at your own pace.
